1 on 1 COACHING SESSIONS
You will have two individual coaching sessions with Kasia, one at the beginning and one towards the end of our 10-day programme. Kasia will be there to evaluate the physical, energetic, mental and emotional layers of your body and design a plan of action to balance them.
A MASTER EBOOK
Our eBook will give you the foundation and fundamental guidelines for habit changes, with recipes and tools from traditional knowledge of Shiatsu and macrobiotics to grow and maintain your health.
TAILORED HEALTHY COOKING LESSONS
Jamie will be teaching creative cooking classes tailored to your needs where you will learn how to make delicious sugar, wheat and dairy-free desserts, power breakfasts, nourishing, quick and satisfying lunches and dinners made from local, seasonal and healing ingredients.
HEALING HOME REMEDIES
We will be teaching you how to make natural home remedies from wild herbs and ancient healing ingredients based on European and Asian folk medicine, to help you rebalance your body, emotions and mind.
PERSONALISED YOGA CLASSES
Kasia will be guiding you daily on specific and sometimes challenging Yoga moves to help you to achieve greater flexibility, core and body strength, balance, focus and flow as well deeper and more easeful breathing. You will also learn very simple, practical and effective meditation techniques to calm your busy mind and help you connect to your essence which is naturally free and peaceful.
SHIATSU SELF MASSAGE
You will learn ancient shiatsu self-massage moves and acupressure points for stress relief, shoulder and neck tension, back stiffness, digestion, elimination, respiratory problems, headaches and more.
