Yoga.

Being a keen ballet and contemporary dancer growing up, I always loved that feeling of being in my body and getting in the ‘ zone’.

It was a profound experience when I first discovered yoga and meditation during my training in traditional Thai Yoga massage in North Thailand in 2004.

I continued my yoga journey a year later in South Kerala, India, where I completed a yoga teacher training. I loved the whole experience and how it made me feel and view the world and myself in a different way.

I have been teaching since 2007.

My unique teaching style is an entwined tapestry inspired by my personal experience and studies with many amazing yoga teachers from a wide range of yoga schools but mainly Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, Iyengar, Anusara and Shivananda.

YYoga is a Sanskrit word derived from the Sanskrit root ‘ yuj’ which means to connect, join, or balance.

It is a way of life, meant to overcome our limitations with regard to physical health, shape and size of the body, lack of time, lack of space.

It touches everything in life, all healing methods and meditations are part of the parcel of yoga.

It's like the sun itself which brightens everything that comes into contact with it.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

With an emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation, we promote thoughtful and reflexive yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.
